RETURNS
Have confidence in ordering from Retail DisplaySigns.com.au. If you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within seven days of receiving your order less shipping costs. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within seven days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.
WARRANTIES
All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by RetailDisplaySigns.com.au. RetailDisplaySigns.com.au is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within seven days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after seven days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of RetailDisplaySigns.com.au.
SHIPPING
All products are carefully packaged with bubble wrap protection and enclosed in industrial quality cartons. We take every precaution in packing and despatching your order but cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged in shipment.
To keep freight simple to all destinations around Australia, we have applied a standard formula to calculate the freight charges on a particular order. The formula we have used is the based on the greater of $20.00 or 5% of the total product value of your order. For example if the total product value of your order is $600, you will incur an automatic freight charge of $30.00 ($600 x 5%).
An exception to the rule is our Display Props products where the formula is the greater of $35.00 or 9% of Props for Shops products only. This is because these products are shipped separately.
For example, if you ordered a "Deluxe" Plasma Package for $649.00 and 10 Large Show Cards for $235.00, the freight is calculated as follows: $649 x 9% = $58.41 and $235 x 5% = $11.75 (<$20 therefore the minimum charge of $20 is applied). Freight total for the order would be $78.41 plus GST.
On occasion, if you order goods that are very bulky, on receipt of your order, we will contact you by phone and will advise you of any additional freight charge.
We normally ship all in stock items within 3-5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via Australia Post and actual delivery time will vary according to your post code. (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 1 to 3 weeks weeks due to availability or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.
If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations.
For shipments outside Australia please contact us before ordering so that shipping can be calculated correctly.
BACKORDERS
In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.
CANCELLATIONS
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. If paying by cheque, please post to 14 Regency Court, Ferny Grove, Qld 4055. Orders will be sent once cheques are cleared.

PRODUCTS & PRICES
RetailDisplaySigns.com.au reserves the right to change, improve or delete any products without prior notification. Price changes are kept to a minimum but may be applied without prior notification. Any discrepancies between prices on orders and supply prices will be notified by Retail Display Signs.com.au prior to shipment.
